Return & Refund Policy
At Velvet Venom Store, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velvetvenomstore.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate and work toward a resolution.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we are unable to cancel.
